We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Mobile App Developer (Flutter) with a proven track record of building outstanding digital apps to join our founding team. You should enjoy working in a fast paced and customer-oriented environment.

At Home Meal Deal we are building a community-based food platform that brings authentic home-made food to the neighborhoods. We believe in giving our partners (chefs, parents at home, retirees, immigrants) the opportunity to earn an income from their kitchens. At the same time, we deeply believe that every person should have access to a healthy, home-made meal at an affordable price.

Tasks

● Work on UI/UX designs and translate them into Dart code

● Implement new features, from writing user stories in Asana to the implementation in Flutter

● Test and document new features and make them available in the App Store

● Ensure the performance, quality, and stability via test-driven development

● Build, maintain and improve our CI/CD pipeline

Requirements

● You are a dynamic, creative and future-oriented person and love to lead demanding projects to success in close cooperation with a team

● You can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new, complex topics

● Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the products that you create

● Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related disciplines

● 2+ years of experience in mobile development

● Good understanding of Flutter state management

● Knowledge of streams and RxDart

● Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. Firestore)

● You can provide sample projects that demonstrate your programming skills

● Knowledge of source control with Git/GitHub, automation with CI/CD and issue tracking

● Fluency in English
