With Formalytics/G13R, anyone with a mobile phone can measure and improve their football performance by leveraging our proprietary combination of artificial intelligence, computer vision and augmented reality.

About You
We are looking for a hands-on engineering lead who shares our passion for sports and cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and computer vision (CV) technologies. You will own the software development process end-to-end, delivering innovative mobile applications (both iOS and Android) to serve millions of users.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform software development across the whole product life-cycle
- Develop and deploy our cross-platform technology subject to mobile platform constraints
- Lead and grow our cross-platform development team
- Be a champion for rapid, experiment-driven prioritization of new features
Requirements and Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience designing and building best-in-class mobile app experiences
- 3+ years Flutter experience
- 5+ years leadership experience in an Agile development environment
- A strong track record of high quality product delivery
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Explaining technical issues in a clear way to business and other stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
- Have previously built products with significant mathematical and/or scientific underpinnings
- Proficiency in TDD and Unit Testing
Preferred
- Back-end experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform
- Javascript, C++ experience
- Experience using one or more of our underlying technologies: ML (e.g. TensorFlow), AR (e.g. ARKit), CV (e.g. OpenCV), or GPGPU (e.g. OpenGL)
