I manage a team of Flutter devs at well funded start up.  


Looking for a remote Flutter coder. Must be highly skilled and work fast. Good internet connection and video chats required.


Not interested in corporate go slow guys. We work fast. You must be 100% self motivated and you will be expected to to come in and figure it out, and code without being told what to do. We treat our coders like adult professionals.


If you love tickets, scrums, retros, code reviews, PRs etc then we are NOT interested. We hire builders who know how to build. We don't do code reviews because we expect professional coders to deliver high quality tested code.


Job will start as a contract to see how well things work out. If things work out, this could become full time.
